GETTING THERE

Adelaide’s size, grid design and proximity to the airport makes for more convenient and more enjoyable events. Adelaide Airport is a quick 15-minute drive into from city centre, providing you with an easy travel experience. As a walkable city, you have little need for transportation once you’ve arrived – all destinations can be reached easily on-foot, or take advantage of Adelaide’s extensive public transport network, including free tram travel within the city centre.

Public Transport – Adelaide has an extensive public transport system of buses, trains and trams, operated by Adelaide Metro. The tram is free to travel on within the city centre, with the closest tram stop conveniently located a two-minute walk from the Centre, in front of the historic Adelaide Railway Station.

Taxi & Rideshare - If you’re planning to spend your stay in the city, you’ll best experience Adelaide walking or booking short car rides. Taxis can be booked for pick-up or drop-off at Adelaide Convention Centre, with a taxi rank located right in front of the Centre’s main entrance off North Terrace.

Car Parking - With easy access and ample parking across two designated undercover car parks, getting to and from your event at Adelaide Convention Centre couldn’t be easier. Please note that both our North Terrace and Riverbank car parks are cashless and accept payment via credit or debit card only. Click here to view car park location and maps

Parking Rates -
Early bird - $18.00 - Available Monday to Sunday for entry between 5:30am-9:30am and exit between 2:30pm-6:30pm (includes public holidays).
Causal from $8.50 - Available Monday to Sunday:
• 0 – 1 hour – $8.50
• 1 – 2 hours – $13.00
• 2 – 3 hours – $17.00
• 3 – 4 hours – $19.00
• Lost ticket – $33.00
