The conference has secured rooms across Adelaide at special discounted rates. Bookings can be made during the registration process or added later on. You will need to select your room type, indicate arrival and departure dates, and provide full prepayment in advance to secure your booking.
Please note that accommodation can only be booked via your registration dashboard until Monday 17th July 2024. After this date, delegates will need to secure their accommodation via other channels.

During the registration process, an icon of an envelope indicates there is no availability for accommodation at that hotel for that date. Please email the secretariat to request availability (non-guaranteed).

If you require additional room nights not already available, please contact the conference secretariat for availability. Changes to your booking should always be done through the conference secretariat, NOT the hotel itself.

Credit card details will be requested from all guests on arrival. The deposit is to cover any miscellaneous charges.

Rooms are not guaranteed available until the check-in time indicated in the hotel description, though they can be made available earlier in the day at the discretion of the hotel itself. If you wish to ensure an early check-in, you should reserve the room for the previous night.

Complimentary cancellations are available up to 35 days before the start of the conference. Cancellations made within 35 days of the conference will be charged the full price of the total accommodation booked. Please contact the secretariat if you wish to cancel your stay.

Payment for accommodation bookings is due by 35 days prior to check in. After this date, all unpaid bookings will automatically cancelled. Please keep this timeframe in mind when arranging payments via your organisation.
